Order Issues & Damaged Items
At Apex Grounds Coffee, we want you to enjoy every cup. Because our coffee is a perishable food item, all sales are final. However, if there is a mistake with your order or it arrived damaged, we are here to help!
How to request a replacement or refund: Please email apexgroundscoffee@gmail.com with the following information:

Order Number (e.g., #1001)

A brief description of the issue (e.g., received whole bean instead of ground, or bag was torn during shipping).

A photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in (this is required for us to process a claim with our fulfillment partner).
Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and, if approved, send out a fresh replacement immediately.
Please do not mail coffee back to us.
